The following pictures were taken at an old railroad in NY that was turned into a park/walkway.
Instead of tearing the tracks down, urban developers created an amazing space for people that feels removed from the grind and bustle of the city where it lives (so smart).
In the summer it’s the trendy place to tan and meet with friends, but now that it’s gotten chillier the crowds have gone and the place is left with a really nice calm. If you’re in New York definitely check it out.
